· Monitors, verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Determines best shipment method unless customer specifies shipping method.
· Generates Bills of Lading and shipping products using FedEx and UPS PC software.
· Maintains inventory of shipping material and supplies.
· Performs other duties, including cycle counting, or special projects as required or assigned.

· Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
· Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to take initiative and take responsibility/accountability.
· Ability to work without supervision and within established procedures and guidelines.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, sometimes under pressured deadlines.
· Basic computer skills helpful; familiarity with inventory and shipping software a plus.
· Knowledge and understanding of a variety of transportation and shipping methods.
· Must be able to maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

• Visit customers and prospects to build relationships and profiles

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Prepare sales reports for management
• Travel up to 25%

Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in business/aviation or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of aircraft material sales experience necessary; purchasing and component repair experience recommended
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to network across the company effectively and maintain good working relationships with all departments and employees
• Self-motivated, strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven negotiation skills a plus
• Must be able to understand customers’ requirements and be able to price inventory accordingly.

The position will have direct oversight over multiple product lines, and reports directly to the President.

Include but not limited to:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for our product lines
• Plan, direct, coach, and organize the sales and marketing teams
• Managing sales directors, including hiring and training new personnel
• Set sales goals and drive team to succeed
• Daily communication with airline customers
• Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist regional business development managers in promoting sales, and ability to travel as needed
• Manage department P&L

Desired Skills:
• Proven leadership and management within an airline or major MRO, with at least 5 years in sales management with confirmed results

• Skilled in hiring, training and growing new sales talent
