Senior Product Line Sales Manager

Werner Aero Services is looking for an individual with strategic or AOG purchasing experience, in either power-plant or components for an airline, to join us as a Senior Product Line Sales Manager in our Mahwah, NJ office.

Duties:
Include but not limited to:
• Perform market analysis to determine customer needs and develop sales strategies for one of our product lines
• Plan, direct, coach, and organize the sales and marketing efforts
• Set sales goals and drive team to succeed
• Daily communication with airline customers
• Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist regional business development managers in promoting the product line
• Manage product line to include inventory levels and readiness
• Travel up to 25%

Desired Skills:
• 5+ years of proven airline purchasing experience in areas of retables, LRUs or engines
• Demonstrated success in negotiating purchasing or sales deals in related areas
• Proven expertise in developing relationships, partnerships and building strategic alliances with customers and vendors
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• High energy personality, with a meticulous attention to detail, very thorough, and highly organized
