When assets are used out of the leased package, another unit from Werner Aero Services’ pool immediately replaces them. Werner Aero Services’ Asset Management Division will oversee repair of the units to the agreed upon build spec so they can be quickly returned back to service. Customers using this option pay a monthly lease access fee based on the value of the assets on-site.
Utilizing this service, customers are freed up from managing thousands of transactions. There is no need to manage turnaround times, analyze and adjudicate repair quotations and process as many payments. The considerable human resources required to perform these non-core functions can be effectively repurposed to add greater value to the airline. This is NIRVANA!
Typically, the Component Lease module of our NIRVANA program is designed for grounding or MEL items. However, we understand that are other non-flight essential items that may be important to delivering the experience your brand requires. We are happy to work with you to design the inventory that meets your needs. For example, you may wish to include cosmetic interior items or IFE materials that are a vital part of delivering the brand experience.
Werner Aero Services is also able to structure a purchase and lease back of your inventory. We recognize the pressure to lean out the balance sheet and we are happy to help. Some customers might prefer to transfer 100% of their inventory. Others may wish to shed the inventory they maintain to support the repair pipeline.
