Werner Aero Announces Leadership Transition: CEO Mike Cazaz to Retire After 32 Years
2024-12-23 Mahwah, New Jersey – Werner Aero, a global leader in aviation aftermarket solutions, announced today that its founder, president, and CEO, Mike Cazaz, will retire at the end of December 2024 after an exceptional 32-year tenure at the helm of the company.

Under his visionary leadership, the company established itself as a trusted partner in the aviation industry, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service. Effective January 1, 2025, Executive Vice President Toshinori (Tony) Kondo will succeed Mr. Cazaz as CEO. Mr. Kondo brings extensive aviation expertise and a proven track record to lead the company into its next chapter of growth.
