Sales Manager/Director

Werner Aero is looking for an experienced aviation senior sales manager to join us to grow our business in the Oceania or EMEA region. The company specializes in the supply of aircraft spare parts to airlines in the narrow body and regional jets aircraft market. (i.e. A320, B737, E-Jet)

DUTIES

Include but not limited to:

  • Daily communication and sales activities with airline/OEM/MRO customers in the region
  • Perform market analysis to determine customer needs and develop sales strategies
  • Plan, direct and organize sales and marketing efforts towards customers in the region
  • Set sales goals and achieve
  • Analyze sales statistics
  • Travel up to 25%

DESIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the areas of rotables, LRUs or engine sales or procurement
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating purchasing or sales deals in related areas
  • Proven expertise in developing relationships, partnerships, and building strategic alliances with customers and vendors
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • High energy personality, with a meticulous attention to detail, very thorough, and highly organized

Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Warehouse

Werner Aero, a global leader in the supply of aircraft engines, spare parts and various consulting services to aviation industry, seeks a warehouse shipping and receiving clerk for its headquarters in Mahwah, NJ.

DESCRIPTION
· Monitors, verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Determines best shipment method unless customer specifies shipping method.
· Generates Bills of Lading and shipping products using FedEx and UPS PC software.
· Maintains inventory of shipping material and supplies.
· Performs other duties, including cycle counting, or special projects as required or assigned.

EXPERIENCE
· Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
· Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to take initiative and take responsibility/accountability.
· Ability to work without supervision and within established procedures and guidelines.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, sometimes under pressured deadlines.
· Basic computer skills helpful; familiarity with inventory and shipping software a plus.
· Knowledge and understanding of a variety of transportation and shipping methods.
· Must be able to maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
