Werner Aero Announces Acquisition of Boeing B737-700 (MSN 32426) from Carlyle

2025-06-18, Mahwah, New Jersey – Werner Aero is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Boeing B737-700 aircraft, MSN 32426, from Carlyle Aviation Partners Ltd. The aircraft is currently located at eCube in Castellón, Spain, where it will undergo disassembly for spare parts.

This acquisition further strengthens Werner Aero’s strategy to support its global airline and MRO customers with high-demand Boeing 737NG components. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to providing reliable, high-quality aftermarket solutions, the harvested parts will be added to Werner Aero’s growing inventory and made available through its global distribution channels.
