Duties:

• Develop sales strategy and objectives
• Manage sales pipeline on a customer-by-customer basis
• Oversee responses to customer inquires
• Negotiate sales price to close sales as direct by management
• Visit customers and prospects to build relationships and profiles
• Maintain regular contact with customers and potential partners while developing new business
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Prepare sales reports for management
• Travel up to 25%
Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in business/aviation or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of aircraft material sales experience necessary; purchasing and component repair experience recommended
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to network across the company effectively and maintain good working relationships with all departments and employees
• Self-motivated, strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven negotiation skills a plus
• Must be able to understand customers’ requirements and be able to price inventory accordingly.

Werner Aero, a global leader in the supply of aircraft engines, spare parts and various consulting services to aviation industry, seeks a warehouse shipping and receiving clerk for its headquarters in Mahwah, NJ.
DESCRIPTION
· Monitors, verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Determines best shipment method unless customer specifies shipping method.
· Generates Bills of Lading and shipping products using FedEx and UPS PC software.
· Maintains inventory of shipping material and supplies.
· Performs other duties, including cycle counting, or special projects as required or assigned.
EXPERIENCE
· Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
· Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to take initiative and take responsibility/accountability.
· Ability to work without supervision and within established procedures and guidelines.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, sometimes under pressured deadlines.
· Basic computer skills helpful; familiarity with inventory and shipping software a plus.
· Knowledge and understanding of a variety of transportation and shipping methods.
· Must be able to maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
